Ty Hyderally has been considered as one of the Ten Leaders of Employment Law in Northern New Jersey. In May 2005, Mr. Hyderally was nominated to serve as Co-Chairperson of the Trial Litigation Sub-committee of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Litigation Section. This nomination is said to be the culmination of Mr. Hyderally’s career as a legal professional as he was recognized for his contributions and commitment to trial litigation. The said nomination has brought great honor to Mr. Hyderally as the Trial Litigation Sub-committee is considered one of the most significant sub-committees on a national level of the Employment Litigation section. The said nomination is also a validation from his peers on how they view him as a significant contributor to this branch of the legal profession. In August 2006, he was recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer.

Mr. Hyderally was elected to the Executive Board of the National Employment Law Association (NJ) and was appointed as its Treasurer. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the New Jersey Employment Law Seminar. As an active and practicing lawyer, Mr. Hyderally, has served as a featured speaker at National and New Jersey seminars to attorneys, human resources professionals and corporate officers on such subjects as employment law, sexual harassment, workplace torts, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act.
